Is the Summit a good fit for me even if I’ve been leading teams for years?
YES. Effective leadership requires ongoing training and development to get to the next level, to better understand your own leadership style, to lead a high-performing team and to advance your career.
Do I have to manage or lead a team in order to attend the Summit?
NO. Leadership begins with leading yourself and learning how to influence without authority. The Summit provides practical tips, tools and techniques to take your leadership skills to the next level.
Does the Summit provide leadership training for emerging leaders and high-potentials?
YES. We provide the most current and relevant leadership training for women who have been identified and tapped for leadership roles and to set them up for success.
Do I need to have a specific title or position to attend the Summit?
NO. Titles mean different things in different organizations. We have had a wide variety of business owners, CEOs, vice presidents, directors, managers, and every other title attend.
Is the Summit designed for a specific industry or profession?
NO. Women attend from every industry (ie healthcare, athletics, technology, finance), every profession (ie operations, sales, marketing, IT), every sized-organization and from as far away as Brazil.
Do I need to identify a specific leadership goal/issue/topic before I attend the Summit?
NO. Some attendees arrive with clearly defined leadership development needs, but most arrive with just an open mind and the leadership development needs come into focus throughout the Summit.
How would you describe the style and approach of the Summit?
Extremely interactive and hands-on. It’s intentionally intimate and limited to 25 women to specifically foster a safe and highly collaborative environment to share secrets and best practices and ask questions.
What happens with the executive coaching after the Summit?
Each attendee receives two 60-minute coaching sessions via Zoom after the Summit. It’s an opportunity to take a deeper dive into the topics and to discuss how to apply the information to your situation.
